摘    要:Dazitol和威百亩均按有效成分和土壤的质量配制成50、25、12.5、6.25、3.125mg/kg五个浓度梯度,熏蒸6d后调查结果表明:在相同有效成分时,异硫氰酸烯丙酯在杀线虫、杀菌和除草活性方面.与威百亩(异硫氰酸甲酯的产生物)活性相近,是一种溴甲烷潜在的替代品。

Abstract:Dazitol and metham were mixed with soil using a stepwise rate series of 50,25,12.5,6.25,and 3.125 mg a.i./kg of soil.After fumigating for 6 days,allylisothiocyanate showed bioactivity similar to that of equivalent a.i.rates of metham (a derivative of allylisothiocyanate) in controlling nematodes,soil microbes,and weeds,thereby indicating its potential as an alternative to methyl bromide.
