高技能人才培养的探索

在技术进步日新月异的高科技时代 ,传统的高技能人才培养思路与方式已不能完全适应新形势的需要。本文在高技能人才的培养评审方面 ,提出了建立技能人才评审体系 ,努力提高理论与操作技能水平 ,制定科学合理三个评审标准。在高技能人才的培养方面提出了考评结合、无纸化考试、建立激励机制 ,充分发挥技能人才作用的思路。

Exploration on Training Talents with Adept Skill

In the Hi-Tech era of the technological progress wit h rapid change, the traditional thinking and way to train talents with adept skill can't already totally meet the need of the new situation. On evaluating cultiva tion of skilled talents, evaluating system should be set up, three scientific an d rational standards of evaluation should be made to improve the theory and oper ative skill level with great efforts. On cultivating of skilled talents, examina tion with no paper should be combined with evaluation, incentive mechanism shoul d be set up to have skilled talents play full role.
