铜对水泵叶轮耐磨性能的影响

摘    要:加入<0.8%的Cu显著减少叶轮叶片尖角薄断面白口,改善叶轮可切削性能;加入Cu的铸铁,流动性改善,有利于提高铸件致密度.所以Cu能有效地提高水泵叶轮的耐磨性能.

Abstract:Adding Cu less than 0.8% , which may reduce Fe_3C in thin-wall section of impeller and vane and improve the property of cutting; The fluid of the cast iron which add to Cu is improved in favor of increasing compact degree. So Cu can enhance wearable property of impeller effectively.
