多支座卧式容器应力计算方法的分析

摘    要:对于卧式容器的设计 ,标准中一直采用Zick法进行应力分析 ,而对多支座卧式容器的计算则没有统一的标准 ,目前较多采用的是用材料力学中的三弯矩方程求得支座反力 ,再利用Zick法进行应力计算。本文以三支座卧式容器为例 ,采用ANSYS软件进行了有限元应力计算 ,分析了容器的应力与变形 ,并研究了支座位置对支座反力分布的影响 ,进而探讨了三弯矩方程求解多支座卧式容器支座反力的适用性。

Abstract:The designs and stress analysis of horizontal cylindrical vessel supported on two supports are always according to the standard with the Zick's method ,nonetheless the standard for the designs and stress analysis of horizontal cylindrical vessel supported on three or more supports has not been founded. The usual method is to get the support reactions first then analysis the stress use the Zick's method. In this paper, cylindrical vessels supported on three saddle supports are analyzed with finite element method. Displacement and stress distribution curves of each typical section are provided. The distribution of reaction force on saddles is also thought when saddles are placed different positions. Furthermore the applicability is considered where three bending moment equation can be used for solving the support reactions of horizontal cylindrical vessel supported on three or more supports.
