摘    要:研究从石煤发电产出的炉渣中提取钒的浸出过程.结果表明,直接硫酸浸出最佳条件为炉渣50g,浸出温度90℃,浸出时间6h,浸出液固比2:1,3mol/L的硫酸溶液,搅拌转速400r/min,磨矿时间90min.最佳条件下钒的浸出率达到86%.

Abstract:The leaching process of vanadium extraction from slag of stone coal power plant is investigated. The results show that the optimal parameters for direct leaching by sulfuric acid are 50g slag, temperature 90℃, retention time 6h, liquid-to-solid ratio 2/1, concentration of sulfuric acid 3mol/L, stirring speed 400r/min and grinding time 90min. The leaching recovery is up to 86% under optimal condition.
