| 摘 要： | 结合景观工程范围广、艺术性强、专业多、交叉多的特点,对景观工程清单及招标控制价编制中应注意的问题进行了分析,指出编制时要把握三个原则——方便招标人有效控制投资、方便投标人合理编制报价、方便工程结算审核工作。

| Abstract: | Combining with landscape engineering features including wide scope, strong arts, much major and various intersection, the article ana-lyzes matters needing attention in landscape engineering list and bidding control compilation, and puts forward three compilation principles inclu-ding convenient and efficient investment control, rationally compiling tender and convenient engineering settlement auditing as well. |
