纯棉细号高密府绸的试织体会

为了生产符合质量要求的纯棉细号高密府绸织物,提高织造效率,通过对比不同浆料配方下的浆纱质量及织造效果,优选了浆料配方,并采用"重渗透、求被覆"的工艺原则;在织造工序,针对紧度大的特点,采用了小双层梭口工艺,并加装了部分零部件,从而使织造效率由80%提高到了90%,出口合格率由87%提高到了97%,织疵率由52%下降到13%.

Trial Weaving Experiences of Pure Cotton Fine Count High Density Poplin

To produce pure cotton fine count high density poplin and enhance weaving efficiency,size formula was optimized by comparing the sizing quality and weaving effect of different size mixture,and more penetration & coverage was adopted in sizing process.Processing of small double layer shed and apparatus setting were adopted in weaving process according to the big tightness,the weaving efficiency was enhanced from 80% to 90%,and the accepted product percentage of the export is enhanced from 87% to 97%,the weaving defect rate is reduced from 52% to 13%.
