高效液相色谱法分析毒死蜱与辛硫磷混合剂

摘    要:建立高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器法同时测定混合农药中毒死蜱和辛硫磷两个组分含量的方法。经过多次对比分析,试验条件确定为:岛津Shimpack CLC-ODS色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm i.d.,5μm),流动相为乙腈+水=80+20(v/v),检测波长选定282 nm。毒死蜱和辛硫磷的相对标准偏差分别为1.82%~2.29%和2.01%~3.47%,最小检出量达1.2×10~(-10)g。

Abstract:A method has been developed for simultaneous determination of chlorpyrifos and phoxim in their mixture by high performance liquid chromotography(HPLC) with photo diode array(PDA) detector.The experimental conditions through continuous comparison and analysis were confirmed.Analysises were conducted in Shimpack CLC-ODS column(250 mm×4.6 mm i.d.,5μm) with mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(volume ratio 80:20) mixture.The detection wavelength was 282 nm.The relative standard deviations of the two pesticides are 1.82%~2.29%and 2.01%~3.47%respectively and the minimum determined quantities are 1.2×10~(-10)g.
