分散剂和促凝剂对Al2O3-SiC-C浇注料流动性能的影响

摘    要:研究了分散剂六偏磷酸钠和聚丙烯酸钠对Al2O3-SiC-C质浇注料流动性的影响,以及促凝剂镁盐和铝盐对以六偏磷酸钠或聚丙烯酸钠为分散剂的Al2O3-SiC-C质浇注料的促凝效果.结果发现浇注料的流动值随六偏磷酸钠或聚丙烯酸钠加入量的改变而改变;以六偏磷酸钠作分散剂,其加入量为0.03%时,浇注料的流动值最大;以聚丙烯酸钠作分散剂,其加入量为0.05%时,浇注料的流动值最大;镁盐和铝盐对以六偏磷酸钠或聚丙烯酸钠作分散剂的浇注料有良好的促凝作用,但分散剂不同时其促凝机理也不同.

Abstract:The effects of two kinds of dispersants (SHP and SPA) with the additions of 0,0.03%,0.05%,0.1%,0.2%and 0.3% for each and two kinds of accelerators salt magnesium and salt aluminum on the flowability of Al_2O_3-SiC-C based castable were investigated by measuring the flow value.The results show that the flowability changes as the addition of SHP or SPA changing,and the castable has the best flowability with 0.03% SHP or 0.05% SPA. Both of salt magnesium and salt aluminum have good accelerating effects on the castable with SHP or SPA as dispersant, but the accelerating effect is different.
