| 摘 要： | 为科学评价地空导弹营指挥员的射击指挥能力,从分析地空导弹营射击指挥过程出发,建立了地空导弹营射击指挥能力评价指标体系,提出了一种基于灰色定权聚类和隶属度函数的射击指挥能力灰色聚类评价方法,并结合实例对射击指挥能力进行了聚类评估,对方法的有效性进行了检验.结果表明该方法用于地空导弹射击指挥能力的评价是切实可行的.
