| 摘 要： | 在普通PET -POY生产中 ,加入提速改性添加剂 ,添加比例 1.2 %～ 1.5 % ,纺丝温度选择 2 83～2 88℃时 ,可将纺丝速度提高到 42 0 0m/min ,生产出质量合格的 12 5dtex/ 3 6f涤纶POY ,对纺丝工艺条件和生产中存在的问题进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | The spinning speed can be raised to 4 200 m/min by adding a modifier of 1.2%～1.5% at spinning temperature of 283～288℃ for common PET POY production. The PET fiber of 125 dtex/ 36 f can be produced with qualified quality. The problem in the production and process conditions was discussed. |
