| 摘 要： | 以印刷套准智能化问题为研究对象,制定了基于PLC与图像联合控制的印刷套准控制系统总体方案,并就图像处理、数据存储和通讯、硬件选型等系统实现的关键技术进行了研究。经实验验证,该系统实现了印刷套准标记的在线检测和自动校准,套准标记灵活、多样。通过串行设备服务器组成以太网,实现了印刷全过程的远程监控。
