SiC纤维增强钛基复合材料的界面改性研究现状

摘    要:针对SiC纤维增强Ti基复合材料的界面反应问题,综述了国内外涂层法界面改性的研究现状,主要包括各种单涂层法、双涂层或复合涂层法及其对复合材料界面和力学性能的影响,指出了其存在的问题或不足,并预测了今后的发展趋势。

Abstract:The current research progress in the interfacial modification of SiC fiber reinforced titanium matrix composite by coating method is summarized against the interfacial reaction between SiC fiber and Ti alloys,including single coating method,duplex coatings or multiple coatings methods as well as their effects on the interface and mechanical properties of the composites.The existing problems and deficiencies are pointed out,and the directions for future development are proposed.
