基于PROFIBUS和MCGS的汽车检测线研发

摘    要:基于PROFIBUS和MCGS将汽车安全检测线进行了技术改造和升级,应用AVR单片机开发了DI、DO和AI数据处理模块,采用PROFIBUS工业现场总线技术降低了开销,减少了为分布式输入/输出设备所进行的电缆布线,应用MCGS开发了友好的人机交互界面,并采用软件补偿的方法提高了检测的精度.

Abstract:Based on the PROFIBUS and MCGS,technical transformation and upgrading was conducted to a vehicle safety inspection and test line.With application of AVR microcontroller,some data processing module such as DI,DO and AI were developed.With the help of the PROFIBUS industrial field-bus technique,the costs were reduced,and the cable wiring was decreased in distributed input/output devices.A friendly man-machine interface was developed by means of MCGS.A method of software compensation was used to increase the d...
