微弧氧化脉冲电源的负载模型及其定量表征

摘    要:为解决微弧氧化(MAO)工艺中脉冲电源与负载间的匹配问题,基于电化学理论和参数拟合方法,建立脉冲电源作用下的微弧氧化电解槽负载的等效电路模型.首先采用电化学阻抗谱方法,得出电源的负载理论模型.通过测量负载的阶跃响应曲线并进行参数拟合,对实际工程应用中的等效电路模型进行定量分析,得出整个微弧氧化过程的负载模型各个参数的具...
