基于Flexsim的生产线优化设计

摘    要:针对农机生产中工序复杂、产品类型较多而导致生产率较低的问题,提出基于仿真对生产线进行优化设计,降低了设计成本。应用时间研究等基础工业工程手段测量生产时间,确定了标准时间,对生产线进行了初步设计。阐述了混流生产线中投产顺序的重要性,并通过Flexsim软件建立了混流生产线模型,对不同投产顺序的生产过程进行仿真。通过对仿真结果的分析,最终设计的直线型混流生产线包含14个工位,产品的投产顺序为B—C—B—A—A—A。仿真结果表明,生产时间可以缩短1个工作日。
