汽车空气悬架平顺性仿真研究

摘    要:基于整车模型和路面模型,进行了空气弹簧麦弗逊悬架和螺旋弹簧麦弗逊悬架的仿真研究及电控空气悬架在不同路面下最优阻尼匹配特性的主动控制研究.结果显示,在减振器成本不大的情况下,空气悬架在汽车平顺性方面有很大优势,电控空气悬架的最优阻尼匹配特性的研究为其控制策略的研究提供一定的理论基础.

Abstract:Based on a vehicle model and a road model,the feasibility of air spring substituting for coil spring in a MacPherson suspension was analyzed and the optimal matching characteristic for its damper in an Electronic-Controlled Air Suspension(ECAS) was studied.The results show that air suspension has a good performance in ride comfort by using a lower-cost shock absorber.The adjusted damper characteristic of the ECAS provides a theoretical basis for the further control strategy of the air suspension.
