| 摘 要： | 对于拉深模具最大的难度就是要求有合理的工艺、良好的工艺参数,只有确定好方案,才能够冲压出合格的产品.该前围覆盖件拉深模具经过工艺分析,采用一模两件对称压制的方式拉深.经过CAE拉深软件的模拟分析,对于拉深不足的区域采用增加拉深筋的方式,通过试模最终加工出合格的零件.

| Abstract: | The most difficulty of drawing die is that it needs proper work way and good technical supplement. If only a solution is determined correctly, the qualified products can be punched. The drawing die of the forehead is drawn by double-cavity symmetrical pressing method after analysis of processing. Through simulated analysis of CAE simulation softwa drawing ribs to insufficiently drawing area. It produces qualified parts through re, It applies testing die. |
