摘    要:近年来随着电子信息产品往轻、薄、短、小化方向发展,PCB钻孔加工面临着越来越大的挑战,机械钻孔加工所使用的钻头往微型化发展趋势越加明显。为了缩短微钻产品的开发周期,FEM被广泛用于微钻的设计和分析上。本文严格遵照PCB微钻的实际生产流程,独创性地提出采用三维CAD软件和Virtualgrind相结合的方式,对微钻进行精确建模,以便于后续的有限元分析。

Abstract:With the development of electronics products towards light,thin,short and small,it is more and more challenging to drill the printed circuit board.Meanwhile,the diameter of micro drill bit is becoming smaller and smaller.To shorten the development period of pruduct,FEM(Finite Element Method)is readily applied in the design and analysis process of micro drill bit.By following the manufacturing procedures of drill rigorously,this paper presents an accurately modeling methodology of micro drill bit via combining software of CAD and Virtualgrind.High precision model of micro drill bit is established,which is the fundamental for finite element analysis.
