摘    要:采用氢化物发生原子荧光法测定大豆卵磷脂中的砷,确定了仪器的最佳条件,探讨了还原剂溶液浓度介质酸浓度,预还原剂,载气流量等对测定砷的影响.在选定的操作条件下,砷的最低检出限为0.29 ng/mL,相对标准偏差为2.3%.用建立的方法测定大豆卵磷脂中的砷,操作简单、快速、灵敏度高.

Abstract:The hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometric method was adopted for the determination of arsenic in lecithins.The operating conditions of the instrument were optimized.The factors affecting the hydride generation,such as the medium of acid,the amounts of potassium borohydride etc.were investigated.In given conditions,the limit of detection is 0.29 ng/mL,the relative standard deviation is 2.3%.The method has the feature of easy operation,fast speed and sensitivity and it has been applied to the analysis of arsenic in lecithins with satisfactory results.
