摘    要:在生物质热解中,循环流化床锅炉炉渣中的氧化物尤其是氧化钙对降低焦油产率、提高燃气产率是有利的。利用管式加热炉对玉米秸秆进行了催化热解实验研究。实验结果表明,炉渣加入后能够在较大程度上改变燃气中各组分的含量,提高产气率,同时还能提高燃气的热值,使燃气热值由原始燃气的9.737MJ/Nm3提高到17.079MJ/Nm3。

Abstract:In biomass pyrolysis, the mental oxides of CFB slag, especially CaO, made for decreasing the tar yield and increasing the gas yield yield. A series of catalyst pyrolysis experiments were done. The results of the experiment indicated that after the slag could change the content of the gas components in a greater extend, increase the gas yield and increase the gas calorific value which made the calorific value increase from 9.737 MJ/Nm3 to 17.079 MJ/Nm3.
