经干热养护水泥砂浆的抗渗性

摘    要:本文从渗透方程导出砂浆非稳态渗透系数与时间和渗透深度的关系,采用水银压入法研究水泥浆体的孔结构,采用容重法测试砂浆比孔容的变化,分析孔结构与抗渗性的关系。干热养护虽然具有很多优点,但混凝土内部沿水分蒸发方向形成定向串通毛细孔道,大于2000A的多害孔增加,最大可几孔径增大,因而严重地降低砂浆的抗渗性。

Abstract:The relationship of unstable osmosis coefficient to time and osmosis deep is derived from the osmosis equation in this paper. Mercury porosimeter is used to study the pore structure of cement mortar. The method of volume density is used to determine the changes of specific pore volume, and the relation between pore structure and impermeability is analyzed. Dry thermal curing method has many advantages, but inside concrete the directional pore formed along the direction of evaporizaion of water, the harmful pore above 2000A increase, and the averaged diameter of pore rise. as a result, the mortar impermeability lose seriously.
