基于双口RAM、USB和OPC的模块化研究

摘    要:针对工业控制的实际需要和未来发展趋势,运用模块化设计思想,将双口RAM技术、USB总线和中间件OPC技术完美结合在一起,研究和实现了3个通用模块,可以方便地集成在以计算机、嵌入式技术、总线技术和组态软件为组合的复杂多CPU工控系统中,具有成本低廉、可靠性高、通用性好和实时性强等优点,已在实际系统中得到成功应用。

The Research of Modular Design Based on Dual- Port RAM, USB and OPC

Abstract:According to the actual demand and future development of the industrial control, three universal modules was researched and realized by means of modular design, Dual - Port RAM, USB bus and middleware OPC technology were combined perfectly together. These modules can be integrated conveniently in the complex multi - CPU industry control system composed with computer, embedded technology, bus technology and configulation software and has the advantage of low cost, high reliability, fine generality and practicability. Now the modules have been successfully applied in practice.
