楔横轧空心件壁厚变化规律实验研究

摘    要:参照二次正交旋转组合设计试验法 ,对楔横轧空心件的壁厚变化规律 ,做了实验研究 ,得到具有较高参考价值的回归方程。依据实验结果和回归方程 ,对影响楔横轧空心件壁厚变化的主要因素做了分析讨论。

Abstract:Refer to quadratic quadrature rotate combination design method,the experiment research on the wall thickness of hollow workpiece rolled by cross wedge rolling has been done.The regressive equation has been presented which is valuable for reference.According to the experimental results and the regressive equation,analysis for the main factors how to influences the wall thickness of hollow workpiece rolled by cross wedge rolling is presented.
