泵抽空状态下机械密封端面状况实验研究

摘    要:通过机械密封在泵抽空状态下的端面运行状况实验,基于流体膜的相变理论,讨论了机技密封在泵抽空状态下端面开启可能性,并分析了机械密封在抽空瞬时因工况改变可能造成的失效,提出了机械密封运行的稳定工作条件,对机械密封在特殊工况下的设计及使用、提高机械密封的抗抽空能力提出了参考意见.

Abstract:Based on tbe bory of phase change in fluid film,a mechanical seals has been tested,the failureprobability of the seals is discussed in boiling condition and the failure of the seal affected by the change of its working condition is analyzed at the moment when boiling is reached.The phase stability of working condition of the seals is given.It put forward a technical reference for the design and application of mechanical face fase seals,and for preventing the failure of the aeals in boiling condition.
