| 摘 要： | 介绍中化涪陵化工的硫磺制酸装置热能回收现状.为了提高热能回收和利用效率,中化涪陵化工拟引进美国孟莫克公司HRS技术对现有的3套及在建的1套300 kt/a硫磺制酸系统进行改造,在满足公司内部现有磷复肥装置供热的前提下,建设2×15 MW发电机组.该项目满足清洁发展机制(CDM)额外性准则,符合并支持可持续发展战略和优先领域.

| Abstract: | Heat recovery for the sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant of SINOCHEM Fuling Chemical Industrial Co.,Ltd is introduced.In order to increase heat recovery and utilization efficiency,HRS technology was intro- duced from American MECS company to reconstruct the existing three sulphur-burning sulphuric acid series and one under construction with 300 kt/a capacity.Two sets of 15 MW generator will be built on the premise that heat supply is sufficient for the existing phosphate compound fertilizer plant in the company.This project con- forms to clean development mechanism(CDM)criterion for demonstration of CDM additionality and is compati- ble and supportive of sustainable development strategy and priority area. |
