| 摘 要： | 目前国内的视频监控系统主要用于被动的视频录像、存储以及事后取证,依靠人工进行查看、分析,效率非常低.文中采用智能分析设备,IP网络摄像头,视频服务器,短信平台,通过Android智能手机设计了一款基于Android远程视频监控预警系统,极大地降低安防人员的劳动强度以及视频存储的压力,真正意义上实现了全天24小时实时监控.

| Abstract: | Presently, domestic video monitoring systems are applied for video record, video storage and video forensics passively. It relies on artificial check and analysis and is of low effieiericy. This paper designs a remote video monitoring and warning system based on Android, in which intelligent equipment, IP network camera, video server, message platform, Android smart phone are involved. Thus, work for security personnel and pressure for storage are greatly cut down, fully automatic and 24-hour monitoring is realized essentially. |
