In order to make full use of campus resources through Ethernets with timely and efficient arrangement, this article discussed on the Internet of things in campus based on RFID and the RF card reader in detail. The system achieved the bilateral communication between the information of students and campus resources, which facilitates students＇ campus life and the administration of the campus resources that related to different department of the university. The biggest advancement of this project is that it takes the advantage of the thriving Internet of things to realize the localization of every student in the campus, and maximize the utility of campus resources through prompt updating
