低氮燃烧器改造与燃烧调整试验

摘    要:针对大唐太原第二热电厂300 MW空冷供热机组NOx排放浓度超标问题,进行了燃烧器低氮燃烧技术改造,并先后进行了以稳燃和以降低NOx排放浓度为目的的燃烧调整试验,试验结果表明,燃烧稳定性能得到提高,NOx排放浓度明显降低,但距将于2014年7月1日起实施的火电厂大气污染物排放标准(GB13223-2011)限值还有一定差距,为此建议,需采用烟气脱销技术进一步降低NOx排放浓度以满足国家标准。

Abstract:Concentrating on the problem that the 300 MW air cooled cogeneration unit's NOx emission concentration ex- ceeded discharge standard in Datang Taiyuan Co-generation Power Plant, the low-nitrogen combustion technology reform of burners was conducted. A burning test was carried out to stabilize combustion and lower NOx emission concentration. The test results showed that the NO, emission concentration still exceeds discharge standard of GB13223--2011 (which will be put into effect ) although it has been reduced obviously. So flue gas deni- trification technology is proposed to adopt to meet the national standard.
