| 摘 要： | 电力系统的发展给统一的监控、操作等管理方式带来挑战，电力系统平台建设是电力系统的迫切需求。当前电力系统统一视频平台建设具有重要的意义，能够对电力系统进行实时监控，保证电力系统的安全稳定运行。对电力系统统一视频监控平台的基本原理、功能进行研究，并提出构建统一视频平台的解决方案，为相关的项目建设提供参考。

| Abstract: | The development of power system brings the challenge for the unified control, operationmanagement. The construction of platform is the urgent demand of system. It has important significancein current construction of unified videoplatform for power system, and it can carry on real-time monitoringof power system, ensure its safe and stable operation. This paper researches on the basic principle andfunction of the unified video monitoring platform of power system, and puts forward the solution to build aunified video platform, provides a reference for the related project construction. |
