核电汽轮机轴瓦制造问题分析及改进

摘    要:针对百万核电汽轮机轴瓦浇注巴氏合金后的无损探伤环节中暴露出的问题进行分析,发现其在设计结构、浇注工艺及其执行方面存在的问题,认为合金浇注过程中的挂锡、浇注方式、浇注温度控制及冷却是影响轴瓦质量的关键因素,并提出了改进措施,在实践应用中改善了设备质量。

Abstract:Regarding with the manufacturing problem ex- posing after NDT was conducted for 1 000 MW nuclear turbine bearing, analysis was made according to each process of white metal casting, countermeasures were proposed, and improvement was made during the practice.
