| 摘 要： | 针对中华人民共和国国务院颁布的第599号令,重点研究了宣威市各电压等级适应第599号令的分析研究,通过宣威市电网适应事故条件分析和宣威市城区中压配电网规划前后指标对比,提出了宣威市控制风险的管理措施,最后得出宣威电网适应599号令评价结果分析,并提出相关的建议,该文实用性、适用性均较强,为宣威电网适应599号令提供较强的技术支持。

| Abstract: | In view of the 599th order issued by the state council of the People＇s Republic of China, is mainly studied xu- an wei adapt to analysis and study of the 599th order, which each voltage grade by xuanwei grid conditions at the accident analysis and xuanwei urban medium voltage distribution net- work planning indicators before and after contrast, which put forward xuanwei control risk management measures, and that is concluded that to adapt to the decree 599th xuanwei power grid analysis the evaluation result and put forward relevant Sugges- tions. In this paper, practicability, applicability are stronger and provide strong technical support the decree 599th xuanwei grid network frame. |
