基于IGBT的配电网铁磁谐振抑制装置

摘    要:针对配网铁磁谐振二次消谐存在的问题,提出了基于IGBT的配电网铁磁谐振消谐器改进方案。在PT开口三角形侧接入改进后的IGBT集成消谐器,当电网发生谐振时,在消谐器内部发生L、C串联谐振,产生幅值较高的电压,并经变压器耦合倒相后触发IGBT。此时,开口三角形接入阻尼电阻,产生强烈的阻尼作用使铁磁谐振迅速趋于衰减;其后,IGBT恢复为阻断状态,恢复开口三角形的断开状态。发生不同频率的谐振时,该集成消谐器可以选择性的投入不同的阻尼电阻,有效抑制不同频率引起的铁磁谐振。该新型消谐装置比微机消谐器具有更强的实时性和可靠性,其适用范围也更加广泛。

Abstract:Aiming at ferromagnetic resonance secondary harmonic elimination problems in the distribution network, an improvement scheme was proposed based on the IGBT power network ferromagnetic resonant harmonic elimination device. That is that the triangle side of the PT open mouth links with IG- BT integrated harmonic elimination device. When fractional res- onance occurs in the power grid, there will be L, C series reso- nance in the inner device and higher amplitude of voltage which triggers IGBT after being inverted by transformer coupling. At this time, the open mouth triangle is integrated with damping resistance to produce strong damping effect which makes ferroresonance weaken quickly. Afterwards, IGBT recovers into the blocking state and restores the off-state of the open mouth triangle. When different frequency of resonance occurs, the integrated harmonic elimination device can selectively use different damping resistors, effectively restraining the ferromagnetic resonance caused by different frequency. The new type of harmonic elimination device has better real-time performance and reliability than computer harmonic elimination appliances, so it is applied more widely.
