基于车身颜色搜索未识别车牌图片的研究

个别车牌因设备、环境和自身的影响而不能识别。为了能够快速查找极少数不能识别的车牌，提出了基于CIELab颜色空间车身颜色识别的车牌分类方法，该方法包括图像预处理，颜色识别，颜色库的建立等三个步骤将图片进行分类处理。与传统的查询方法相比。该方法提高了未识车牌的查询精确度和速度，增强了智能车场的识别精度和鲁棒性。

Searching unrecognized license plate image based on the car color

Individual plates due to the equipment, the influence of the environment and their own cantidentify. In order to find quickly the identified vehicle license and the few is unable to identify the licenseplate. Vehicle color recognition of license plate classification method based on color of the CIELab colorspace is proposed in this paper, which includes three steps： image pre-processing, color identification,color library. Compared with the traditional searching method, the new way improved the fundingprecision and speed of unidentified vehicle license, which enhanced the searching precision androbustness intelligent yard.
