基于Wi-Fi技术冷库监控系统的设计与实现

摘    要:针对RFID技术在物联网冷库系统中的应用局限性,结合企业冷库实施方案和无线Wi-Fi技术的优势,运用分布式存储和计算的方法设计并实现了一个基于Wi-Fi技术的冷库安全监控系统.系统硬件设计采用DCS方案,具备分散控制、集中操作、分级管理、灵活配置的特点.该监控系统综合了传感器、Wi-Fi通讯、GPRS通信等多项技术,满足低成本、高效节能等要求的同时,实现了对冷库系统智能化安全监控及实时预警.

Abstract:In order to solve RFID technology ' s application limitations in the cold storage system of Internet ofthings, combining the advantages of company cold storage embodiment and Wi-Fi technology, a cold storage security monitoring system based on Wi-Fi technology is implemented with the method of distributed storage and calculating. Its hardware design adopt the solution of DCS, then this system has the character of decentralized control, centralized operation, hierarchical management, flexible configuration. This monitoring system integrated sensor, Wi-Fi communications, GPRS communication and many other technologies, meets the requirements of low-cost, high efficiency and energy saving, and implemented intelligent security monitoring and real-time warning of the cold storage system.
