配电网分布式储能分量定价方法

摘    要:在配电网中投入分布式储能,是解决目前电网建设过程中所出现问题的理想途径之一。根据分布式储能年最大综合收益,提出分布式充放电电价补偿因子;结合电力需求价格弹性关系得出分布式储能充、放电需求与价格的关系及曲线;提出了一种分布式储能分量定价方法,并建立了定价数学模型;最后以全钒电池储能系统为例,并采用Matlab中遗传算法工具箱进行求解。

Abstract:Distributed energy storage system is applied to the distribution network can solve some problems of the distri- bution network construction process. Based on the annual maxi- mum revenue of distributed storage, the electric price compensa- tion factors including discharging and charging electric price compensation factor are calculated; binding price-elastic de- mand curve get the relationship of distributed energy storage system's charging and discharging demand and price and get their curves; then, distributed energy storage system's compo- nent pricing methods is proposed, and established a model. The genetic algorithm is adopted as the optimization methods.
