| 摘 要： | 介绍了毛/丝/涤混纺精梳超薄哔叽的原料选择、产品规格设计以及生产工艺流程,探讨了复精梳工艺技术要点和纺纱设备与成纱质量的关系,并针对两个不同比例的毛/丝/涤产品与同规格全毛、毛涤产品的品质指标、外观风格进行分析对比,提出了生产高质量产品的建议。

| Abstract: | Fiber selection,product specification design and process flow in producing of ultrathin serge made of wool,silk and polyester are introduced with processing keys in second combing and relationship between spinning equipment and formed yarn quality discussed.Based on the comparison of quality indexes,appearance and style of two W/S/P fabrics of different blending ratio against same specification of pure wool and wool and polyester blended fabrics,suggestions to produce high quality product are given. |
