摘    要:本文介绍了三峡导轴承自泵型外循环技术.它属于滑动轴承表面形成的一种粘滞泵.在导轴承瓦滑动表面开有油兜,机组转动时滑转子将油吸入瓦块,然后将热油通过瓦块出油孔流向集油环管.润滑油经外面的油冷却器冷却,导瓦泵作为油槽和冷却器之间的油循环动力.导轴承自泵型外循环可靠性提高,损耗小.

Abstract:The technology of self pumping guide bearing for Three Gorges hydro-generator is presented in this paper.It is essentially viscosity oil-pump on the moving bearing surface.The pumping pads have pumping gaps(pockets) located in a section of their sliding surfaces.The moving bearing surfaces of the runner draws adhering oil into the gaps.The lubricating oil is cooled by an external oil-water cooler.The circulation of the lubricating oil between the bearing casing and the external oil cooler is ensured by self pumping bearing.The advantages of the new bearing are improved operating reliability and reduced losses.
