回转体七轴综合测量的数据融合研究

摘    要:针对回转体七轴综合测量,研究了电感测头采集到的三组柱坐标系下数据的融合方法。介绍了测量系统的工作原理,详细分析了各测头在敏感方向和非敏感方向位置的标定方法,结合标定结果建立了数据融合模型。该系统实现了工件一次装卡完成内、外轮廓的全部几何参数的测量。实验表明:该系统的测量不确定度在0.02mm以内。

Abstract:Aimed at seven-axes comprehensive measurement of axisymmetric body,the methods of data fusion for three groups data measured by probes in cylindrical coordinate system are studied.The principle of measuring system is introduced,and the calibration methods for probe location in the direction of sensitive and non-sensitive are analyzed.The mathematical model of data fusion is established based on the calibration result.This measurement system evaluates all the geometric parameters of outer contour and inner contour during one measurement.The experiments show that the measuring uncertainty of the machines is less than 0.02 mm which meets the general requirement in most cases.
