碳化钨高速氧燃喷涂水轮机磨蚀防护的研究

摘    要:为了防止多泥沙河流水电站水轮机的磨蚀,常对水轮机进行磨蚀防护.碳化钨高速氧燃喷涂,具有涂层硬度高、与基材的结合力强、气孔率低等优点,是目前最有效的防护方法之一.喷涂现场施工可以采用手动操作,也可以采用自动控制.对碳化钨涂层的修复通常采用拆机—喷涂—车间修复或现场不拆机修复的方法.试验表明,高速氧燃喷涂的碳化钨涂层具有良好的抗磨蚀性能.与常规的维护方法相比,采用碳化钨高速氧燃喷涂具有巨大的经济效益,而且喷涂保持了转轮叶片几何形状,延长了机组寿命,其长期效益值得关注.

Abstract:Hydraulic turbines are often defended from ablation in the much-sand rivers.WC-HVOF has high rigidity of coating,strong combination with group material,low rate of air hole,and so on,which is one of the most effective method of defence.The locate construction of coating can be handled by hand,and also be controlled automatically.The repair of WC coating generally adopts the methods of dismantling-turbine coating-plant repair or not-dismantling-turbine-locate repair.The examination made show that WC-coating ...
