| 摘 要： | 为了防止多泥沙河流水电站水轮机的磨蚀,常对水轮机进行磨蚀防护.碳化钨高速氧燃喷涂,具有涂层硬度高、与基材的结合力强、气孔率低等优点,是目前最有效的防护方法之一.喷涂现场施工可以采用手动操作,也可以采用自动控制.对碳化钨涂层的修复通常采用拆机—喷涂—车间修复或现场不拆机修复的方法.试验表明,高速氧燃喷涂的碳化钨涂层具有良好的抗磨蚀性能.与常规的维护方法相比,采用碳化钨高速氧燃喷涂具有巨大的经济效益,而且喷涂保持了转轮叶片几何形状,延长了机组寿命,其长期效益值得关注. |
