| 摘 要： | 根据PDCA（Plan-Do-Check-Act）循环,对某一机械产品的组装流程进行分析,将处于瓶颈状态的总组装线工作分配给组装线1和组装线2,有效缓解了总组装线的瓶颈状态,提高了组装线的生产能力,在保证产品质量的前提下,可提前完成订单。

| Abstract: | According to Plan-DO-Check-Act cycle,analyzed the assembling process for a machine part,and distributed the work of final assembling line to assembling line one and assembling line two,which solved the issue for the final assembling line is in choke point state,increased the production of this assembling line,and finished the order in advance,the FPY is 100%. |
