基于图像处理的同轴误差在线检测方法的研究

摘    要:针对同轴度误差测量,提出一种基于图像处理的测量方法。通过对工件图像进行灰度均衡化处理、二值化处理和Sobel算子进行边缘检测,获得图像轮廓点的像素值;利用直线拟合的方法得到工件图像轮廓的轴线方程,将其与基准的直线方程对比,得出工件的同轴度误差。同时,对标准件做试验,验证了其检测精度,证实了其可行性。
