基于刀具寿命的切削参数优化研究

摘    要:刀具寿命直接影响制造成本,因此在现代制造业中受到越来越多的重视。文中分析了切削用量对刀具寿命的影响,并优化铣削过程的切削速度、进给率、切深及行距等切削用量,以提升刀具寿命。通过切削试验,获取了不同切削用量下的刀具磨损量,建立田口直交表,并利用直交表对试验数据进行分析和优化,获得优化后的切削参数值,最后在加工中心中进行试验验证。试验证明,采用优化后的切削用量进行切削,可有效地控制磨损量,延长刀具寿命。
