| 摘 要： | 在轧钢机中,滑块式万向接轴的应用非常广泛。本文以功能强大的三维绘图软件Solid-Works为载体,以某型号轧钢机中滑块式万向接轴中的开口式扁头为研究对象。在软件中对扁头进行三维建模中有限元分析,并进行强度校验。利用该软件的有限元分析功能,通过适当的简化和耦合处理,对模型进行约束和加载,得出扁头所受应力的分布规律及最大应力位置处。利用经典公式计算其最大等效应力,并与有限元分析结果对比,以判断该型号开口式扁头的承载能力。
