金属氧化物对室温硫化硅橡胶耐高温性能的影响

摘    要:研究二氧化锰和二氧化锡对室温硫化(RTV)硅橡胶耐热空气老化性能和热稳定性的影响.结果表明;适量的二氧化锰和二氧化锡均可提高RTV硅橡胶的耐热空气老化性能;二氧化锰对提高RTV热稳定性效果不明显,当二氧化锡用量大于6份时,RTV硅橡胶热稳定性显著提高.

Abstract:The effect of manganese dioxide(MnO2) and tin dioxide(SnO2) on the heat aging resis-tance and thermal stability of RTV silicone rubber was investigated.The results showed that,the heat aging resistance of RTV silicone rubber was improved by using the proper addition level of MnO2 or SnO2.MnO2 could not improve the thermal stability of RTV silicone rubber significantly,which could be improved significantly when the addition level of SnO2 was more than 6 phr.
