摘    要:用正交试验法对沉香挥发油的提取工艺条件进行优选,以挥发油得率和乳化比值为指标,考察影响挥发油收率的因素并得出最佳提取工艺。结果发现沉香挥发油的最佳提取工艺为药材粉碎成粗粉过10目筛,加入6倍量的水、浸泡8 h、提取8 h。此提取工艺适合实验室及小批量生产。

Abstract:To obtain the optimal extraction process of volatile oil of eaglewood,the rate of volatile oil and the ratio of emulsification were set as investigation targets by orthogonal design to investigate the relevant effect factors and obtain the optimal extraction conditions.The results showed,the optimal extraction process was: using water to soak the eaglewood for 8 hours and cutting it into fragments,then extracting 8 hours,and the water amount was 6 times more.This process is feasible and able to adapt to the...
