| 摘 要： | 生产PVC隔片专用进口钢带是从国外进口的部件,由于生产环境的特殊性,其在使用过程中极易发生开裂现象。而钢带材料配方及加工工艺属于国外专利,这给焊接维修工作带来了严重障碍。本文通过对传统焊接工艺方法的研究,探索出了一套经济可行的新方法,该方法对进口专用钢带的焊接维修非常有效。通过生产实际应用,证明该方法大大延长了钢带使用寿命,创造了可观的经济效益。
