超临界CO2流体萃取金银花的工艺研究

摘    要:采用超临界CO2流体萃取技术得到金银花提取物,通过用正交试验法进行了最佳工艺优化,对产物进行GC/MS定性分析。结果表明:萃取时间2.5 h、萃取温度55℃、CO2流量9 L/h、萃取压力25 MPa,得率为2.94%,共鉴定出18种香味成分。

Abstract:The extraction of flos lonicerae by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction(SCFE) was studied.The experiment was designed with orthogonal method.The chemical components in the extract of flos lonicerae were analyzed by GC/MS.The optimum conditions were: extraction time 2.5 hours,extraction temperature 55 ℃,extraction pressure 25 MPa,CO2 flow rate 9 L/h,the yield of the extract was 2.94%,among of which 18 components were identified by GC/MS.
