高Ni球铁汽车排气管的研制

摘    要:介绍了高Ni球铁排气管的铸造工艺开发过程.为消除晶界碳化物和解决球化不稳定问题,进行了球化和孕育处理试验,发现:改变球化剂加入量对球化效果影响不大;高效孕育有一定作用,大剂量孕育促进了石墨化,点状和枝晶状石墨消失.经生产验证,采用一个保温冒口+3个搭子同时进行补缩的浇注工艺生产出无缺陷铸件,其各项性能均达到了技术要求.

Abstract:The development process of the melting process and casting method used to produce the high Ni nodular iron exhaust manifold was introduced.In order to eliminate carbide in the crystal boundary area and solve the nodularization instability problem,the nodularizing and inoculating treatment test was conducted and it was found that changing addition amount of the nodularizing alloy had no obvious influence on the nodularizing effect,but the high effective inoculation had some favorable effect,and large inocula...
