| 摘 要： | 以某大型地下商业建筑为例,从安全疏散时间、阻烟效率、分隔物可靠性和经济性分析等方面对其6种防火分隔方案进行分析评价,并应用消防价值工程法优选出最佳防火分隔方案.结果表明,采用消防价值工程法能将防火分隔方案的功能与工程成本相结合,有助于防火设计过程中设计方案的选择优化.
